My son right now is 17 months.

I plan to introduce the potty to my son when he is 18 months old. I am a first time mother so I’m just wondering what other people have done.
How long did it take him to get it??

I worked in a child care center not too long ago and I had a little boy in my class whose family was from Belgium. Apparently they started potty traing there son at 7 months old. How is this possible? I have a 9 month old and I couldn’t see being able to potty train her. Anyone else ever hear of this or tried this? Apparently, it worked for the family because at 15 months, he was in underwear, and only minimal accidents throughout the day..

A read somewhere that Baby Bjorn Training products are the best. Which of these products are suitable for my 18 months old baby. I think it is time to to start to train him to use the Potty. Please someone advice.

At what age is a good age to start potty training a child?

is a toy… i bought her one of those baby potty’s but everytime i put her on it, she just looks down, like, what i am doing on this. then she will get up, and carry it around the house, lol. i really dont know what i am doing here, i have never had to potty train a child before, she is my oldest, but i also have a 6 month old. im not necessarily in a rush to potty train her, but isnt this about the age, that you start, or am i wrong. i have no idea. Please no mean answers, i am coming here because i really dont know, and i dont want to pursue the issue too early. Oh, and I am a stay at home mom, so i definetly am going to be the one to teach her!

I was curious as my friend is going to start potty training her daughter as soon as she can sit up which is normally around 6 months. I just wandered when people did start potty training and how long it took to train their little darlings.
Please can i jus have answers only from people with children or people that know about babies because whenever I put a question on here I have loonies answering sometimes!!

Baby is poddy training and not too happy about it and his farting proves it. He wants a magazine and a fuzzy mat for his feet, even a TV to pass the time. Then the poor kid runs out of toilet paper. After all, it’s his potty and he’ll cry if he wants to–you would cry too if they did this to you.

I have a 9 months old baby boy and I haven’t started potty training him yet. I’m waiting till he is 1 yr old but some people tell me I should’ve started to potty train him long ago. Is it about time, how long does it take for him to get used to it, and is it really hard? thank u
